Shipping Terms:
All shipping starts at $10.95 any items that can be shipped for $10.95 or less will be shipped out. Any items that cost over $10.95 to ship, we will email you the shipping quote. You will have the option to agree or disagree on the new shipping cost excluding the $10.95 that is charged at checkout. If you agree, we will update your shipping on your order and process the order. If you disagree on the order, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. We do apologize for the inconvenience and we are working to set up better shipping options for our customers. Right now, this is our only shipping option because our system is based on price and not dimensional weight.
Processing Terms:
Please allow 24-48 hours to process additional 24 hours if orders land on or before a major Holiday.
Cancellation Policy:

Refund Policy:
All refunds can take 1-5 business days to be credited to your account.
Return Policy:
All returns will be done through RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process. All Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery to allow shipping & handling time. Full refunds will be determined on case-by-case bases and shipping and handling fees may apply depending on return. Items must be unopen, unused, undamaged & uninstalled. No returns on electrical parts or manuals. All return shipping paid by customer unless incorrect or damaged in shipping. If item is returned under false pretenses, we reserve the right to charge per item shipping and handling to ship items back.
